The Cash Service Company AD is a public limited company owned by: Bulgarian National Bank, UniCredit Bulbank AD, DSK Bank, and United Bulgarian Bank AD. The Company was established in 2007.

     The CSC mission is to contribute, in collaboration with the Bulgarian National Bank and the commercial banks, to reducing the costs of cash cycle servicing and increasing its purity; ensuring high level of efficiency of banknote and coin processing; maintaining high security standards, and improving the quality and authenticity controls over banknotes and coins in circulation in line with the BNB requirements.

     The CSC head office is located in Sofia. The CSC operates five territorial offices on the territory of the country.

     The CSC runs its core activities based on modern cash technologies employing 150 qualified specialists.
